rain …
it’s been pouring all day in the bay area and it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop till next week. and although the days are dark and sort of gloomy, i remind myself of all the times i made the best of this wet weather.
when we were kids, we used to put out buckets, pans, trash cans, whatever that could hold water. and then we’d fill up bottles and bottles of water in old containers to save for the summer months. haha.
then there was of course: model rocket engines strapped to hot wheels cars that we … uh … launched? down the street. damn, i wish i were a kid again.
