bay to breakers!
I woke up this morning at 4:45am, picked up Julia and Colin in Palo Alto and met up with Vi in San Francisco for my first Bay to Breakers. In fact, it was my first race and loads of fun. We ran nearly the whole way, saw naked runners, a loaf of bread, smurfs, Gavin Degraw and cashed in on free stuff at Footstock. My legs are jello right now but it feels so good to finish 7.5 miles. And to top it ALL off, I came in 13142TH PLACE coming it at 1:46. Hahaha. Not bad considering there were close to 50000 runners. Awesome. I can scratch that off my list of things accomplished.
