halloween is probably my favorite holiday of the year. “why”? well, on top of the already obvious excuse to go out, any other night out in the city, making a full out of yourself would be… untasteful. girl whispering to her friends: “girlfriend, look at that fool of man” but halloween! halloween is an all access pass to letting out your inner fool. barney would rather call it your “inner slut” and that’s definitely true for all the girls out there but for us dudes, the best costumes out there are the ones that make us look like complete fools. guy riding a bull, mormons, jesus, spiderman, batman, the green hornet, indiana jones, penguin, tigger, homer, fireman, tin man, gorilla, sailor, indian and of course, clark kent/superman.

friday night, girish, steph and I headed over to the cellar where i ran into lots of random people i haven’t seen in years. the “you look familiar” line and being completely honest. haha.. the world is small and that’s the way i like it. one Indian Jones guy was telling me how he was trying to find someone to be a giant ball and chase him around. i would love to see that happen down california street or powell street above union square. i want to see that so much that i am willing to be the ball. hahahaha.

saturday night was spent mostly downstairs at mr smiths for a combination halloween and jozilla’s 24th birthday. it was… as she likes to put it… completely riddikulus! my absolute favorite moment of the night was when the bull rider below came into the room and i whispered to her. “you should go for a ride, jo” and OFF… SHE … WENT. hahahaha. the poor guy had no idea this hogwarts student was going to jump on him. hahahaha. way to go jo. that is my birthday gift to you: implanting foolish ideas into your clouded mind and then documenting the results. muhahahahaha… muHAHAHAHA. happy birthday! happy halloween!
